Groundhog says another six weeks of winter. Not that I put any stock in a rodent that lives in a stump, but who knows where the truth lies. Maybe it lies with Phil.
Thankfully it's a leap year, right? We get an extra day of winter to boot! And, an extra day to write something fantastic. I'm wondering where ideas come from? What do creative people do differently than other people? Personally, I believe it's the willingness to screw up. Eventually something worthwhile will show its face.
Eventually, if you dig deep enough, you'll find something worth sharing. Or at least, you'll find something worth writing down--even if it's only for you. Words that stay.
So make that extra day count this year. Create something fantastic, something interesting, something boring, something terrifying, something sad, something funny... something that fills that empty place.
